Essymart sources genuine quality affordable farm inputs from certified suppliers and manufacturers, provides timely last-mile delivery, and virtual extension as well as reliable market linkages for Smallholder Farmers in rural Uganda through the use of Web-App, Bulk SMS, voice calls and USSD code. Essymart is using cheaper Technology solutions to equally empower smallholder farmers, who have often suffered from lack of information and poor advice. Our E-commerce platform allows farmers to order a variety of quality and affordable farm inputs as well as Tele-farming service provide quick and real Gme advisory services to the farmers in their local language directly on their mobile phone. Essymart unlocks opportunities for Rural Entrepreneurs and Farmers by solving the supply chain between input manufactures, agricultural extension service providers and farmers through online to offline commerce platforms. With Tele farm, the underserved smallholder farmers can now access affordable and sustainable farm support. Essymart is working to partner with certified farm inputs suppliers, NGOs, CBOs, Farmers groups, Cooperatives, Financial institutions, extension service providers (Agronomists, Agtech scientists) and Mobile Operators to aid in the distribution of farming services.
